Volunteer program
Foundation Datalat is committed to volunteering as an opportunity to provide interested persons the opportunity to develop their capabilities and get involved with our projects and initiatives that contribute to the digital rights of the citizens, through the culture of data and technology civic to generate impact at the societal level, education, and social innovation.
For the moment, the program is carried out only in a virtual way, in a timely manner will communicate if there are activities face-to-face.

Requirements
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- Have at least 15 hours per week for at least 1 month and have stable internet connection and computer.
- Eager to learn and be part of a team that is diverse and dynamic.
- In case of projects face-to-face will be important to reside in Ecuador, but also accepts volunteer digital.
- Is not required to have completed a specific career, but commitment and passion for any of the following topics:
- Citizen participation
- Young
- Data analysis and visualization
- Web programming and development
- Open data
- Digital democracy
- Digital rights

To be part of the group of volunteers must perform the following steps:
- Check if there is an open call on our site and social networks, check to see if your profile is conformant with the bases of the volunteer of the same.
